Something exciting is coming…
At The Education Academy Scotland, we’re preparing to launch our new Empowering Educators programme: a new range of professional development opportunities that will equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and strategic insight to lead engaging, career-connected STEM learning in their classrooms, labs and workshops.
These innovative courses will offer a fresh, future-focused approach to STEM learning—aligning STEM teaching and our new curriculum with Scotland’s growth sectors, real-world careers, leadership development and formal SQA Awards and Qualifications. What’s more, these opportunities will directly engage the learners, their parents/carers and staff from local, national and international employers. And there’s more, the learners who are taught by the educators who take our courses will gain fully funded access to our tuition, revision and scholarship offers – further boosting their attainment, engagement and success! The courses we are building will represent the broadest sense of the word “partnership” and are informed by research and in-depth needs analysis across the education sector.
